  1. Awesome video! For the Weight loss "Diff" Part, what would happen if weight was gained that week instead of lost. If the numbers are being subtracted in that order then the math would be wrong. Thanks

  2. don't bother trying to download the non existent template he just signs you up for an automatic mailing list and you never get the template.

    I put my email address in the box for the template, but no email arrived.

  4. So I've tried to replicate this and it's like 95% the same however at the 04:11 mark, when I try add a meal, the list of meals doesn't appear as nicely formatted in a table. Any ideas? The only other difference is switching between today/calendar view, you have it as a click and shows a dropdown, mine shows table and calendar in separate tabs without a way to hide one

  7. Is there a way I can add duplicates of meals? For example, some days I eat one protein yogurt, but some days I have two or three. This way I don’t have to create several pages for the same meal or snack.

  8. I really like this but my question is: how do I know the calorie of a meal without tracking Individual ingridients!
