  8. Why are all of these fitness influencers focusing only on male target audiences? I know this is the case because single digit body fat for a woman can be fatal. Not to mention when they lay out a caloric deficit, the calories are always much higher than what a woman’s calorie deficit is likely to be. So why do these make fitness influencers only cater to other males, and not females?
