  4. 200 lbs at 6'0. bulked too hard so I have some muscle but the love handles are showing up.
    Hoping to get to 160 in the next 3-4 months. wish me luck.

  5. You were already exercising. Your muscle tone is clearly visible. Yes you do have an extra pound or two, but you were already half way there. So to say you did it in 3 months is a lie.

  6. Any one can do a transformation especially when they start off by pushing their belly out to appear more fat than they actually are
