hey, love what you guys are doing here with the health and wellness shit. however, if youre watching this and you have cellulite, remember that your body is beautiful. if you think you need to shed a few pounds or follow this video and get rid of cellulite, then more power to ya. just remember, you cant fix yourself if you dont love it first. good luck to you all <3
Can this also be done with the block?
I do it with a foam brick (Very similar size to the wood ones you use) and I can't rest my hip on the floor, what I am doing wrong please? Thank you!

It’s so very painful but knowing it will get better with this work makes it worth it.
It’s creepy that practitioners, instead of directing patients on how to proceed with props and treatment, put their hands all over the patients. Some things require the use of hands, like manipulation of tissue, etc., but lifting a leg??? Creepy.

Muscle scraping and fascia blasting is the absolute best way to get rid of cellulite. The bumpy appearance is fascia that needs to be broken up. Works for me, works for my sisters. My sisters thighs lost an entire inch just from fascia blasting.
What’s the average time it takes for this to kick in
Hi just wanted to remind everyone here that there is no harm in getting rid of cellulite but just remember that having some cellulite is normal! I’m not 100% on this information fyi but I’m pretty sure women have fat that is in circular shapes kind of like loops so that’s why it’s normal to have some cellulite hope this helps❤
