  1. Haha….he really has no clue of what he is talking about.
Eating keto makes me feel so full and satiated that if i m going back after 2 weeks,i m never gonna regret it.on the contrary, eating carbs again will bring back again the ghost of cravings, the misery of fighting them in vain and the sorrow of losing the battle.
Don't listen to him.i ve been there,i know what i m ralking about.

  2. You need to actually go into ketosis, which means a couple grams of carbs can effectively stop your diet.

  3. I feel the best things in keto is that I dont feel the « food coma » I usually experience after a bowl of pasta

  4. Yes, this only happens when your not eating enough healthy fats. If you eat low fat low carb your going to obviously be difficient in the resources that give you energy

  5. i can't lose a single pound when i low carb and i have no idea why. it makes my body hold onto water for some reason and as soon as i just eat 1500 calories of whatever the scale will finally drop.

  6. Completely useless video. Starting and stopping anything after two weeks has the same results.

  7. A classic example of someone with great intentions but horribly wrong 😑 advice. The calorie defect myth has been debunked countless times. Our bodies don’t need carbs to survive and a ketogenic diet can actually help brain health including depression. I’d recommend checking out Dr. Boz and how she herself converted for a internist to using keto to help her mom overcome her cancer. 🥹powerful stuff! 🎉

  8. Another alarmist. Wonder who's paying him?? Keto and intermittent fasting is good for the body and overall health. We, in this modern society eat too much and way too often.
Don't take notice of these trending critics. The Medical Establishment is the only one taking a hit here. look up Dr Berg or Sten Ekberg. These people truly know and not just spouting off.

  9. This is NOT correct. The Keto diet forces your body to burn FAT as its primary energy source because you're switching from burning carbs and sugar to fat.

YES, in the beginning, you will drop water and excess bloat bc in the beginning, your body is using up all the excess sugar in the liver, and this is likely where keto flu is experienced.

You will be depleting the rest of the sugar in your body. And THEN you will be dropping all fat. In the beginning, you will lose fat and water, but it's because your body is depleting itself completely of carbohydrates. Keto flu lasts about 2-3 weeks. So if you quit keto then, then you wasted your own time.

Stop getting on the internet with this stupid ass explanation of the keto diet, confusing people, and spreading misinformation. This is FALSE.

On keto, you're supposed to eat a lot of low-carb vegetables, supplements, and eat protein and fat. You don't need a ton of fat on keto. But you also want to drink water and make sure you're taking your electrolytes, especially at the beginning, as your body is transitioning from burning sugar to burning fat. Lastly, do not listen to this man's ignorance.

  10. yes but that's
missing the point when you have ketones in your blood you never feel hungry and can go a long time without even thinking about food or snacks

  11. i agree, tried keto years ago, and while i loved eating the foods in that diet, you cant have cheat days cause it'll knock you out of ketosis for days. makes it impossible for you to eat with other people and makes you panic about everything you eat. a more traditional healthy diet is much easier to stick to, and falling off the wagon for a day or two won't be the end of the world.

  12. Omg slow dooooooown dude when doing info clips like this. My brain literally can't keep up.
Sound like a tape being chewed up from going so fast.
My head hurts from this which sucks coz im sure what you are saying, is no doubt exactly what sort of info I'm searching for to know. 🙁

  13. Eh I think if you're goal is 10-30 lbs yes. But in my case with one year of keto and working out every day I dropped from 336-221lbs I am getting off keto this month to start cycling but it's a great tool that saved my life.

  14. Keto has been amazing for me. I've lost 21 pounds in a short period of time. My back pain has subsided (assuming due to lack of inflamation). My appetite is under control. My energy levels are way up. I've suddenly become a morning person. I've also kept a calorie deficit, which is difficult to reach the amount of calories due to feeling full after meals. I'm happy I didn't give up.
