  1. I stopped eating keto and animal products. It caused me to be prediabetic. Couldn't process all that fat. It went straight to my hips. Now i eat a low fat WFPB diet. Feeling so much better just in two weeks. I haven't lost weight yet, but that takes time.

  2. I'm not taking sugar or flour out of the equation. That would be such a boring diet. How about better sugars, like fruit and cane sugar? How about better flours, like imported Italian flour? Eat a Mediterranean diet and move a bit and you should be fine.

  3. The only thing that worked for me was watching macros on My Fitness app. Keeping them 30 carb 30 fat 40 protein. Calories 1200 Walking 30 min. Weights played a huge factor, 15 lbs weights doing various exercise. I built muscle. I went from 172lbs to 153lbs in 3 months.

  4. Try this: 12pm Your first big meal (complexed carbs, protein and veggies) at 3 pm have a fruit (any fruit) and before 8pm eat your dinner protein and veggies only (no carbs) Good luck ❤

  5. I have no clue either I m 46yrs old first 4/5 kg r easy to get off after that !!!! it just gets stuck !!!, seriously I m not checking my weight anymore rather the inches!! That's it

  6. It’s not just the weight, the muscles in your abdomen can just collapse with hormone changes and it’s virtually impossible to tighten them back up no matter how much you exercise

  7. I lost 14 on trizepitide and intermittent fasting but as soon as you stop it comes back. I also want to try no alcohol, hormones and weight lifting but I’ll never be where I was post menopausal. 😢

  8. Drop whatever you are doing and go read the book Womans’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, its absolutely life changing, trust me on this
