Well sleep part isn’t going to work. I’m forced to be on a cpap machine to keep my job. The cpap causes much stress and bad sleep. I’m tired every day now. I have told the doctors but they don’t listen. Honestly I’m starting to believe my only way off of it is to die. Because I’m not changing careers.
I had to leave a stressful marriage to save my health…cortisol was flatlined and adrenals were just spent. Being with a narcissistic person is tough on the body…if you are doing everything else right this may be your issue as well. Life is so much better and my body after a few years has been healed- takes a lot of time and love

Unfortunately that lifestyle did not give me a positive perspective on certain foods. Foods I needed to gain muscle. I ended up with muscle injury because I wasn’t correctly feeding my body. Thank you for all of your videos. It has helped me regain a better relationship with food, and knowledge I need to get back on tack.
I get 7-8 hours sleep but it is broken up by awakening 2-3 times to toss or to pee. Does that make a difference?
I lost my husband of 20 years in a really bad automobile accident on November 16th 2021. We had been together since we were 12 years old he was my best friend for 32 years. I assume my cortisol levels are completely out of control because I have lost literally over half of my hair and I don't know if grief has anything to do with cortisol levels but I'm falling apart, I can't lose weight, I'm not eating, I get plenty of sleep and my hair is just falling out. How do you reduce cortisol levels when you're grieving?
I find lifting weights relaxing also and I really enjoy it but I was told doing it to much could stress my body and raise cortisol. Is that very likely?
