As someone who has cut out gluten and dairy, sometimes I feel like carbohydrates (GF pasta, bread etc) is all I have left to eat. I have a very clean diet full of nutrients but still can’t budge the fat on my body even with steady and interval workout training every week.
It’s been a year and I’ve only gone up a size 😩 this video has good advice but does not work for all
No diet can help with pcos i've tried and have gone fatter so maybe this will help.. will give it a try

I'm 5kgs less than my IBW i don't understand why did I have pcod, I was struggling with mental health issues 1yr before so tbh I wasn't paying much attention to my physical health and after that phase was over I'm diagnosed with pcod.
I gained 15 pounds in 2 days, I've been extremely thirsty aswell. I eat 1200-1600 caloires and still am not losing weight. I'm so close to just blowing my brains out. I litterally only eat greens and eggs and chicken. I've been exercising for the last 2 monthes aswell. Thought i would've lost 5-10 pounds by now, but no i gained. I also have 5 more inches around my waist i have tried everything but nothing is working.
It’s so weird that i’m so skinny and suddenly got belly bcs of PCOS..but i don’t wanna lose weight cause i’m already too skinny.
