I'm going to move to france this sep for my studies for 1 year and i don't know what to do about my workout routine, as an introvert person i jave my one weights and resistance bands at home to use for exercising as i can't go to the gym because i hate crowd and I'm busy as f*** also i have a back condition so i can't really lift . And now i don't know what to do 😂

  6. You didn’t say anything really…if you’re gonna share your workout routine you should be more specific

  7. For cardio maybe try an at-home incline elliptical/stepper hybrid like a Proform HIIT machine or a Bowflex. They guzzle far more calories than jogging and have a good toning effect. 😍
