    I did inclined walking and at a good speed(and add speed when the current speed is too easy), eating cleanish (i live in reality), and pilates is in there as well.❀

I'm 105 kilos and when I go out for exercise I usually walk for about 1 hour and jog for about 20-25 minutes in total, can't last longer at the moment but I'm trying to increase the jogging part little by little. Does walking help at all with the weight loss and being in shape or it's pretty much useless?

    Try not to go more than 1 day without running or your body will switch back into 'rest mode' – just wanting to eat and be lazy

    I started by walking for one month, one hour every day. After that I started running for 15 minutes everyday and increased the time gradually and now I running for 30 minutes, 5 kilometres.

    I also jumping rope for 10 minutes everyday. However, to reduce your weight you have to stop eating the following food : 1. Sugar
    2. Bread or any food created from flour.
    3. Oil
    4. Try to reduce the salt in your food as much as you can.

    another point is ,when u start running daily u observe that u can run longer and faster if you had less/moderate food the night before because you feel light so the next day you'd make a effort to not over eat therefore resulting in a good diet .

  8. This is misleading. Running 30min a day does not guarantee weight loss. In fact it only do – 300 to -500 cal, which only equal to the calories from a burger. You need constant calories deficit for weight loss. It is much more important to cut your appetite than to excise. First you need to restrain your calories intake below 2000 cal, and then you add exercise on top of that to create 400-500 cal deficit a day. In long term, you will average a 50 gram roughly 1/10 lb loss a day. (3 lb loss/ month)

  9. I am beginner, i run at low pace 4-5km every alternate days for 1 hour at speed 4.0-4.3 at incline 3.0-7.0, and IF first meal at 12pm- last dinner at 8pm (3 times meal). I just lost 4kg within 15 days. Lost weight is bonus, most important my mental health has improve and feel energytic. I have long way to go 36kg within 12 months. Whatever it is i ll do on my capacity and stay consistant.

  10. People who are arguing that 30 min of running is equivalent to 1 burger calories have not done any running. Get off your lazy ..ss and start running ..do it for 6 months and then check your weight. Try to eat healthy and no alcohol/junk food.. then come back and reply to this video.

  11. Im in perimenopause and i gave up running because of how exhausted i am. But i miss it so much, the high…i hate tge way i feel physically and mentally but im going back to it!
