  1. Get rid of cellulite is a daily job. Everyday hop in the shower and dry brush entire legs and buttocks. Then soap brush same places. Then go out of shower, oil with WHATEVER liquidy, creamy, oily, product you have, from toe to up, in a wavy left right massage like you are softening and elongating a pizza dough.
    Total time per leg 3+3+5= 11 minutes
    Continue for 3 months then do it every 3 days for life.😊

I’m 23 and always had thick thighs even when I was super skinny, now that I’ve gained some weight in a short period of time you can see a little bit of cellulite, I started going to the gym doing cardio and strength training and that helps get rid of the cellulite and you look more toned. I also started dry brushing for softer skin and lymphatic drainage. The only way to get rid of cellulite is to just train or get surgery.

READ PLEASE!!! its not about fitness or fat concent – its basically the inflammation of a tissue under the skin that holds 3D structure of all layers – it can be caused by insulin (high carb diet), chronic high cortisol, estrogen imbalances and consequently – collagen degradation. NUTRITIOUS DIET_LESS STRESS_NO INSULIN spikes_SLEEP_SPORT_MASSAGE etc !!!!! but without changing diet and improving metabolism it will not change!!!!!
