  7. day 1: it was a little difficult and my hands hurts a little, but surprisingly it got more easier in the middle of the video. I don’t feel any kind of pain in my body and i can definitely feel the burning feeling. (like so i dont forget!)

    day 1:Let's start, lilly's exercises for me were nice and I didn't feel any pain after them, I did Nicola's exercises from the playlist "whoever wants the playlist tell me" and I felt some nerve damage because they are kind of hard, then I did Chloe's exercises, this one is really the hardest of them, I hope it will be easier tomorrow, bye girls 🫶🏻💗
    day 2:I did the exercise today too, it was a bit less strenuous, and guess what? Im starting to see a slight change. Let's continue.
    day 3:Today I did Lilly's exercises and Nicola's exercises only, because I was busy but a little exercise is better than no exercise

    Day 1: I really felt the burn, but the Dopamine levels were skyrocketing! (dopamine is a feel-good hormone, it makes you feel happy and motivated!)
