    I saved this until I was gonna go for it. I actually got for my adult son on the Autism Spectrum that needs to lose weight but don't like veggies and cabbage would be the worst. We talked to one another of his Drs. After he AGREED TO TRY IT, SHE SAID, OKAY,

That kicked out bouillon cubes prior to their low sodium version public appearance”, about 1965-70. Lipton dry onion soup mix added to the “general PUBLIC recipe”, about 35 years ago, about 1970. I’ve never seen a recipe using peppers, perhaps they do now, but bell peppers have only come into vogue for the kitchen use in the last 25-30 years. Certainly was not typically found in a hospital (cook from “scratch”) kitchen. I admit, I love cabbage soup, and I believe, the Mayo Clinic still has the recipe on their site. I’m making some prep work for tomorrow and, since I have a female red pepper, I’ll have to try it! Just so you know, the male green/red/yellow bell pepper’s the most bitter. Males have 3 feet, females have 4! Learn something new every day!!!

  21. I made this to the exact recipe! This is my third day and I have lost six and a half pounds. I was hoping to have gas as said by the many flagellant people who's ate the soup. My stool is normal and no gas to speak of really. On the downside… my hopes of playing Dutch oven with my extremely gassy boyfriend was not an option! I must drink too much water! Less water n more soup it is! I will have the gas I desire! 😳
