  1. I'd just like to mention (these are all great btw) that if you're prone to indigestion and/or vomiting/heartburn/acid refux you should wait 1-4 hours (depends on meal size) before exercising after eating. Also, vinegar a) isn't proven to help weight loss and b) can cause acid refux.

  2. For some reason, I’ve been eating healthier and working out more than I have ever in my life, and I’m gaining weight? Is it muscle am I still growing?

  3. I'll save you all some trouble. The bloating, fatigue and inflammation comes from eating any type of carbs. ….just don't eat carbs and don't eat anything containing sugar and you'll lose weight. All the meat and vegatables you need to untill you're satiated and then no more. You'll see you're appetite drop drastically (in a good way). …oh and it helps to kick start with a 3 day water only fast (but be careful while fasting not to lift anything healthy or do anything strenuous because your muscle and tendon are all vulnerable and susceptible to injury during a fast). Your welcome.
