  6. I lik the making veggie chips in dehydrator. Delicious and healthy plus unlike making kale chips in the oven it's pretty much ADHD proof. I am not going to burn my dehydrator chips while half doing 5 other tasks. I literally set the timer and forget it for a few hours!

I use smaller bowls and plates not to limit portion but because Im a light eater doesn't take much to make me full a bag of popcorn with a side of orange slices in a bowl and orange juice will hold me til dinner a bottle of milk or even an apple can hold me to lunch I was told I was undereating and it's not healthy but neither is getting sick because I force to eat more 🤷

  9. I love tea I drink it everyday I prefer in the morning I don't like tea bags though I prefer herbs not the tea bags are nasty just seems more healthy to not use them. Depends on my cravings if I drink it throughout the day or all day ect.

I love snacking 😋 I snack more than I eat that's more reason why I don't eat fuller meals they make me nauseous my body is use to smaller foods or light foods boiled eggs are my favorite and sweet potatos roasted of course or roasted potatoes or simply oranges and apples this is usually what I snack on thus big meals makes me uncomfortable I can snack on water and bacon wrapped potato and it holds me for a long period of time depending on day that's just one

My question is, will I ever be able to go on intermittent fasting, keto diet ever again? I don't see myself going on a diet anytime soon, as I am not allowed to for the time being. How long would it approximately take a 16 year old female to be able diet post ana?

  15. Would 15 minutes of extreme workout with 30 seconds in between every minute to catch breath be good as interval or would you say take a longer break or do this on top of something with more interval.
