  1. Jesus loves you. An health is important, but the word of GOD is most important!!!! you dont want your body weight an size to become a vanity thing. Because it can eventually seem vain.

  2. Your shorts have really been a great way for me to learn about workouts I may not have already known about. I've found 3 workouts already this week because of shorts that just popped up in my feed. Great way to advertise your workouts. Keep it up.

  3. I started my journey walking trails, getting my 10,000 steps in. I started doing your workouts consistently since I believe the beginning of December (the cold started coming in and it started getting dark fast, I wasn’t going outside as much and getting depressed) so through Jo’s videos I’ve found a love for her indoor workouts!
    I was 235 last July
    I am now 158.8. (I was 175/180 when I started her videos)
    Ps if you haven’t thrown on some dubstep and done these workouts I recommend it so fun lol The bass drop and Jo keep me going 😅❤️

  4. Im gonna try this one when i have some time. Its been over a month of off and on working out when i have a chance, almost every day. Still dont feel my abs, only my hip flexors and i cant make the switch. Its so frustrating i need to strengthen my core but my hips and back end up killing me😭
