I won’t wear a skirt or shorts but I’m a Cervivor with Ehlers Danlos so I have silly collagen congenital defect do my face doesn’t age, but weight loss changed everything-so you know what, I’ll try to drink more water and celebrate being 50 confidently. 3. Bio-identical Hormone replacement therapy yes. Birth control no! You want bio-identical/human identical not synthetic hormones. Birth control is synthetic and can actually cause more issues for women and should be avoided as a means for HRT. Or … avoided altogether.

6. Thank you for stressing that we are viewing edited photos of celebrities, etc. I am constantly reminding my 2 healthy grandaughters that all media images are "doctored." No humans look like magazine ads. The set up for female body shame is ingrained in the media.

7. I wore shorts today the first day in spring Ive gone out in shorts out. I had 2 people say I looked very summery and they wish they wore their shorts. So I have ok calves and ankles but fatter things and stomach. oh well. I also have white skin and a few freckles. I felt good though. I guess I should moisturise my legs and feet for some self care though:)

   Also, I like how Amlactin diminishes the dark spots on my legs from past ingrown hairs.
