It's like fruit has sugars in it, but you are getting so much vitamins and minerals compared to man made candy. There's so much benefit to eating healthy and not making a comparison to unhealthy foods. Once I understood the misunderstandings misunderstandings of food, my health and body changed for the best

I have a somewhat well defined six pack + visible ribs at this point and yet there's still an awful lot of 'grabbable' fat everywhere on my belly, and unless I pay attention to sucking it in, it's like 2cm out from my hips (I don't know the proper term for that sorry, I hope I said it understandably)

So I recently got one of those fat percentage tests and I have a body fat percentage of a little under 8% yet I look FAT (but only around my belly) I do gain more weight to my belly more than other places but I am 5 foot 8 , but only weigh 57. I am kinda stressed a lot because of stuff at home, and other family issues. I also feel bloated but I am not sure and I have going to the beach and what not because I look fat๐Ÿ˜‚ I eat a lot too tho (my power conversion is 2,415 kcal and my base metabolism rate is 1,610 (I am a male) and I work out about 3 – 4 days a week for about 1 – 2 hours each time)
