I cant do fasting, because i feel really low blood sugar and become "weak" and after long periods of not eating my heart start racing. I ate daily beta blockers but i have notice that magnesium calm my body down, doctor did say its pretty normal to have racing heart as a young age and thats why i ate beta blockers. Nearly 6 full months Keto. Close to hitting that 100 pound milestone. Just 10 pounds away. YouTube recommended to me one of your videos out of the blue early on in March of this year. Been on it ever since. Did stop doing it sometime august but restarted back up in September. I wish someone had explained to me how all of this worked before. I was always told false and crappy information. Eat less even though that'll make you hungry and irritable and increase chances of you failing. Eat less fatty foods, eat more low fat foods like Yogurt even though its loaded with sugar. Like wtf? I never realized how ignorant not only I was on Food, but how ignorant 99% of all people are on it. So sad.
