Combine that with a consistent intake of eggs, sausage, steak, salmon, chicken tenders, pine nuts and avocados. Cook with ghee and avocado oil. And make sure you get some sauerkraut, kimchi and some kefir in you and you’re all set. I also drink a small glass of wine with my dinners to curb my soda with dinner habit and if I go out on the town I order a shot of blanco tequila, down it in 2 gulps and don’t order another one until I finish a full glass of water with no ice. That combined with 6-8 hours of sleep every night and I went from 190 down to 183 in 10 days.
    Supplements include magnesium and potassium and a daily multi vitamin.

  9. I am not a carb person doctor. I eat about 2 SMALL meals of 500 calories. I drink golden Tumeric Milk. My sugar is perfect but pancreas not. The doctor is baffled because it doesn't make sense.

  10. My doctor refused to make this test when I asked , he said i don't need it. I think moment to search for another doctor, charisma does not make me healthy, all my symptoms worse and he say just, yes, it's the aging.

  12. Thank God for finding Dr Berg. Helped me so much so far. Years ago when I had no strength to get off my bed I remembered the kale smoothie. It gave me strength within 20 minutes to actually get up and carry on that day. I couldn't get carbs out of my diet and left a comment under one of Dr Berg's videos. Months later got a reply saying that my body's depleted of nutrients. I've been doing kale shake every day since. A month ago took carbs out of my diet and feel better and better. Was diabetic type 2, couldn't get my blood glucose right, was recommended 7 small meals a day, couldn't stay off sweets. Couldn't think, was depressed, feeling down, very forgetful. Now blood glucose is down I feel good, better mood and memory, weighing right now 64 down from 69 kg at 165cm high. I prayed to God for showing me the way to feel better and here he opened my eyes to Dr Berg's message again as he did years ago. Good bless you Dr Berg 🕊️

  14. Dr berg I 've been on a journey since March of this year I weight was climbing up and I had belly fat decided straight away I was going to do (ADF) alternate day fasting. Its has been a success 🙌 and I'm still going at it. Had a break for two weeks in October because I had set myself a goal for a family wedding in October just gone which I met. I've gain so much knowledge listening to you and a few more other doctor 's here on utube I gave myself a 2 week break felt so guilty 😔 eating so i kind of varied my eating pattern.
    I 'm seeing so much inches loss which I know is fat loss but scales not moving much..I'm not worried or disappointed because I 've been taught what happens with that part. Just want to know should I change up my fasting hours so my body doesn't get use to one thing I 'm so on this. The scale was reading I'm about 70kgs for about 7 weeks and fluctuating but inch loss is still present big time. Can't wait till the lower belly has gone!
