Lunch for me..a low calorie wrap with 2 1/2 handfuls of spinach, chicken or tuna, and more veggies..sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, thin sliced carrots, or whatever I have in the fridge that week. I like to put a small drizzle of low calorie sauce, makes a difference. Absolutely filling and definitely holds me over until snack time about 2 1/2 to 3 hours later.

  11. Congratulations my dude! 100 pounds is basically losing a whole person (well, petite person).

    There are a lot of great points from the way you eat now that people can apply to weight loss. You're consistent in what you eat most of the time– that really helps with tracking. You have given yourself foods you can snack on that don't break your calorie budget– yes, bananas are high in calories compared to most fruit, but if you have one, it's not going to break the bank.

    For me, meal prep has really helped. I take a bunch of small meals with me to work and because I already know what I'm going to eat in a day, I can plan for any extras- like going out and grabbing a meal in a sitdown restaurant or having a beer or two after work.

    It's all about planning ahead of time and not setting ourselves up to fail.

  15. Try this…1 cup room temp coffee, 1 banana sliced, frozen, 1 cup ice. Blend until smooth. I don't drink coffee but in the spring/summer I make this for my friends who do and they love it.
