Hi there, you did amazing! Could I please ask how many times a week you exercised?
Hahaha my man never helps with the baby no days off never changed a diaper. Can't even hold the baby for ten minutes.
I'm a few years late, but your lips are so pretty 🥺😍
Not me looking this up for my mom
Thank you soooooo much for sharing this I needed it so bad … and about the soda I thought I was alone 😅 but again thank you ❤❤❤
shes so pretty
Did you stop eating sugar??
Thank you girl for this video ❤️ it was a much needed to me at this time 😊❤️😘
Omg omg omg FINALLY someone my size!!!! girl I swear we're the same I'm 4'9 and I got up to 160 lbs in labor then that first week I also dropped the 20 lbs of water weight and who knows what! lol
I gained 80 lb during pregnancy because my pregnancy was very stressful time for me. Have never been able to work it off because life is been so stressful and there's no me time.
I am 3 months postpartum with my second child 13 years apart so my body is different and I am the 13 years older than I was when 21 . I have been so down on myself because I have gained weight after my pregnancy that's probably because of lack of meal prep and grabbing the wrong thing also little bit of postpartum depression which is also a very real thing ladies I came across video and I appreciate it so much I also had another C-section as well people don't understand that it is harder to bounce back when you have had and have one because you have to wait longer to heal I hate exercise Rising as well I do love to swim and I love to dance so this is great advice! Thank you for being a support to other mommas
You're gorgeous!
You are so helpful & sweet! 😭 subscribing now!
Im 4’10 had my baby 3 weeks ago .weighed 140 before pregnancy. 190 day I went into labor. Weigh 175 right now. I’m also still forgetting to eat or don’t have the appetite I’ll get hungry then tell myself I’ll eat when I finish laundry and just end up doing something else.. glad I have someone to relate to 🙂 I’m trying to work on myself and feel good again
I’m literally 3 days post op , and found myself going into an emotional rollercoaster , watching this made me remember who I was . I love you lol 🫶🏼🫶🏼😩 very motivating
You are short. You are not so small lord lol. Trying to sound cute 😂😂
Hello, this is my first time seeing your channel. Thank YOu so much for the advice. Finally, something that I should have been doing all along!
I love thiiis, your happiness about your weight lose and health journey makes me so motivated after I give birth 🥰
1. Get out of bed early
2. Buy a time indicated gallon of water
3. Have food prepped (snack)
4. Don’t eat after 7PM
5. Do exercises that you love
6. Avoid eating what’s bad for you
You’re welcome:)
I’m 5’4 and had my first child who will be 3 months old on the 27th! Before birth I was 150 and during birth I hit 220! I had a C section and I haven’t been able to do any exercise yet. In the beginning I tried to use a faja but I just found it hard to stay consistent with it! I also eat bad too but your video is a motivation booster! Thank you for everything❤️
