I’m an ecto-meso. I have small bone structure with low body fat, but I build muscle easily and have thick thighs.
I am the Endo-Meso "Skinny Fat." I am trying to lose my skinny fat (I have already gone down 10 sizes from when I first started) and build up more muscles. I am probably pre menopausal so I have that to consider too. I have altered my diet (I don't do diets just a way of life) to align with the Keto eating and doing IF and OMAD. The last month I've been able to lose 10 lbs that had snuck back up. I continue working out. Thank you for this video. Helps me know I am going the right direction.

I’m an ecto-meso because I’m quite strong but I can basically eat anything and not gain weight. Although this is kinda hard to tell because I’m not even 14 so my body will change lol but I don’t really gain that much weight and my friends are always like ‘ how are you soooo skinny but u don’t even eat super healthy’ and I’m like idk I just am I guess. So do you think that cardio such as going for a run isn't really that necessary because you embed cardio with your weight training? I enjoy weights more so, I do weight sessions quickly so it's basically a cardio workout… If your heart rate is elevated and you are sweating then it's cardio anyway right?

I would say that depends of the women’s age, when you’re over 32 and want to tone and get rid of cellulite, you can do as much cardio you can but never will get it, I can affirm it because I’ve been jogging for more then 5 years ,I’m tiny but not tone😱
