  1. I read that if you start Alli then you should:
    1. Start it on a Friday so you can be close to a bathroom over the weekend
    2. But adult diapers just in case
    3. A week before starting Alli you should eat salads, fruit, veggies, grilled chicken or fish and avoid fats and oils as much as possible
    4. While you are on Alli avoid red meat and greasy foods so you don’t have the diarrhea

  7. They sent me these back when they first came out years ago. You poop 💩 oil circles fat from your food. They ain’t for everybody. I love them I don’t eat as much I eat one meal. If you eat too much they will make you explode. If your on the toilet 🚽 they are working. If your not on the toilet they are not working.

  9. The reason for the diarrhea is because you're ingesting too much fat per meal. My nutritionist informed me to consume no more than 20-22 grams of fat per meal. The pill cannot breakdown any more fat than the 20-22mg of fat per dosage. So if your meal contains more fat than that, you will have the side effect of diarrhea. This is also on the Orlistat website. Hope this info helps. 😊

    But anyway, like ALL diet pills I've tried, these too were completely phony. I bought these, and they do NOTHING. The only thing I noticed is that they seem to turn my bowels (stool) a light tan color when taking them regularly. But that's it. Last time I spend a lot of money on anything related to weight loss.

    Back in 2006, I took Zantrex 3 and lost 130 lbs. in less than a year (but sadly, gained back 30 or 40 lbs. since) But then they started doing something different with the formula and they no longer had any effect on me. They now label them as Zantrex Blue. And they have no effect on me now. Even when I doubled up (not recommended). I think I became immune to caffeine.

    I do know the instructions is no more then 3 pills in a day but I heard few years ago they were much stronger so two pills from today was equivalent to One pill because they were so strong. Some people was complaining of how strong it was and how it took so much grease out of them so “they change the formula”, but I don’t know how true this is . Please help ?

  39. I know I'm late to the party, but you really are making it sound like a placebo. If it the "supplement" is working, you should be able to measure a change without changing your diet. How much of a change might depend on your diet, but telling someone to make three changes (foods, exercise and a supplement), then saying the "supplement" is working is not how science works. Your review is now meaningless.
