  2. People need to find out what keto actually is. It is NOT "high protein and fat". It is NO SUGAR and Complex Carbs. The fadist are confusing things. Keto is definitely good for your body – not just your figure. Jillian doesn't know what she's talking about.

  3. Yes keto is bad but only if you dont watch your fat intake. You can end up with fatty liver disease, especially without breads, And that is life threatening.

  5. last I checked-plastic surgery is not a great health choice – Jillian should worry more about her own self-hate and leave happy confident people like Al and Lizzo alone- she is just hating on people who love themselves because she hates herself–same reason she gets all this plastic surgery–self-loathing bitch !

Julian is in no position to talk about help the show Biggest Loser is not healthy the keto diet has been backed up by doctors dietitians were good but doctors know more about health than dietitians dietitians are just there to tell you what diet do you need to go on and for the record her diet is more carb restricted then the keto diet zero carbs eating nothing but salad I'm forcing people to lose way too much way and then they did it back and some of them probably have died by now because it was unhealthy they basically went on a huge crash diet and that causes you to eat more in the long run because you're starving yourself all these people are actually using old outdated stuff they're saying the people who eat less carbs back in the day more unhealthy but that was from 1940 somthing there were things they didn't know back then they discovered low-carb diets that work with the body and they discovered the measurements more it's even the same with the Bulletproof Coffee some of these people in my opinion should be fired because if you're a professional you should at least get your research from up-to-date research the reason people were dying and I didn't have the vitamins that they do now sometimes on the keto diet you have to supplement so yeah I'm sorry she just wants to promote her weight loss that's what it's all about her unhealthy weight loss that is killing people and besides Biggest Loser what's nothing but a popularity contest they were not helping the people the people that really pushed 120% harder than anyone that still didn't make it where they go they turn their back on him say you're out so they basically just said you're on your own now now you're going to die I seen the show I seen some people really were given their hundred and 20% but if they had a it's not. Weight loss it was just a stupid competition for the show's ratings they didn't care one cent about the people they were supposedly trying to help

The reason Atkins diet was not healthy because it was just meat meat meat meat meat meat anyone with a brain knows that common sense so now I have to say it the people on the show or acting dumb now because to even ask that question is dumb that's why they said it was unhealthy you're not getting your vegetable nutrition but on the keto diet you're getting everything they also said low carbs is a good diet so why is it getting trashed when it's promoting lower carbs

Shut up she has no right to say that because none of her research is true she's not a real person she's a reality star who was looking for attention and she got her 15 minutes of fame she has zero responsibility because if you look at her show she's not a healthy at least maybe she is because she probably doesn't go on the same diet of course she's going to trash the keto because it's not her diet that she puts the people on it kills them in the long run

Just so people know she's not really a doctor she's just a fake TV celebrity he is literally in no position to give a professional opinion people do know that reality TV is staged so she's not really a doctor she's at the TV version of that or should I say dietitian because that's what she supposed to be another reason people are doing this now is because I'm Coming Out playing in the keto it's because it's taking away from the medical people are getting more healthy why people don't need to go to biggest losers as much as they need to and it's burning her out so she's trying to misinform people with old research like they always do Sakura scene this has been backed up by doctors real doctors not fake TV dietitians she's actually poison to the health industry and needs to just go away

I've been on the diet for a long time now and I'm the healthiest I've been I can go on cheat day I'll be fine and then go right back to ketosis I'm perfectly healthy I'm so healthy I have the energy I had when I was 6 years old and I'm 32 she is just a sociopath looking for things who doesn't care about anyone she just cares about making her money

  12. This is why I don’t take these tv “reporters” serious. Keto is amazing! With keto and intermittent fasting I was able to lose 23 pounds in 7 weeks. Something I couldn’t do in 12 years with traditional low calorie diets.

  13. keto IS NOT a high protein diet; it is a moderate protein diet; keto diet is designed to maximise effects from hormones our body produces. Couple it with IF & you have a much higher than normal HGH 9naturally produced) in your body that will keep you younger

  14. Back it up with some science people…wow. If you actually learn what is happening metabolically you might understand keto. It has been the only diet I have been able to lose weight on and I never feel starved. I have been gluten free for years and already ate pretty clean but because of my insulin resistance couldn’t get the weight off. Keto is working because insulin has been ruling my body for so long and getting into ketosis is actually getting my body to burn my or fat stores. Ketosis is not bad- it is a normal state in your body, it’s how you use your own stored fat. The problem is in our modern day in America, we rarely actually need to do that because food is always plentiful. Lord knows I had too much fat and needed to get it off. My blood pressure is back down also.

  16. The dummy has gained much of it back. No, he didn't "try every diet out there." Lyin Al made a surgical change, which necessitated the "lifestyle chance" he refers to. He paid a small fortune to have his stomach amputated from his digestive system with surgical butchery. Now he needs 7 vitamins every day to survive because the mutilation surgery left him unable to digest healthy foods and in the quantities needed. The surgery left Al sickly, with problems like malabsorption, malnutrition, etc. If Al is opposed to eating healthily, he could of had both legs amputated so he couldn't get to the bacon. Or a frontal lobotomy to lose his bacon addiction. Maybe he'll try one of those surgical weight loss methods next. For the saner folks in the country, check out a starch-based diet. It cures type II diabetes and heart disease. Don't be a Dumb Al.
