2:33 WHOLE FOODS high carb diet did NOT make your husband overweight. Keto is great but not recommend for a person that lifts weights regularly. The only benefit I see from keto is LOW insulin levels. People remember your body can go into a state of ketosis without eating fat… itβs the ABSENCE of carbs that puts ur body into ketosis!
Yes I love her videos. Her voice is really soothing and sheβs serious not goofy. Motivating vs entertaining. I do all 3, IF, LC and low calorie. It all makes perfect sense to me. I donβt even crave sweets as much anymore.
Eat simple whole foods, not the store, the foods πππππ π₯ππ₯¦π₯π π₯. Cook them simply or keep them raw, stay away from processed foods if possible. It will work ππ good luck to you.

I actually feel better on days when I fast. I've lost 20+ lbs. with this method. I lost nothing with just excersing.
Crazy how much time most of us spent procrastinating. The one thing that really helped me to get the best out of my time and to be a lot more productive is Forwago. I am sharing this because it changed my life, and maybe it could also help someone else. I wish I found about it even earlier.
just eat under 2,000 calories a day. limit your sugar and sodium intake, i lose 8-10 pounds a week

The last one is what started happening to me naturally. I started my diet with sunflower seeds in the shell. Now I only eat once a day and I hike almost every day. High fat, low calorie and low carbs is what I'm doing without knowing it's the best thing to do lol thanks for the info!

Sometimes when I do sit ups after I get up my stomach caves in and I have to walk it off I never had this problem until a few years ago
Low carb has definitely helped make the fat fly off. Clothes are fitting better, face is leaner, confidence is through the roof!!
EDIT: Tiny update. I added a 30 minute walk daily. Very easy to fit in and helps me feel more mobile.
I aways feel sick after execise, maybe its not for me.
I am sad I gain weight
I totally love my exercise! I snowshoe 6 hours a week. It allows me to laugh at myself. I huff and puff. My heart rate is down from 83 to 62. My respiratory effort and rate improved. It has been a fun effort one step at a time. I am 61. I went from 194 to 149. I never thought I could achieve this.
