OVER NIGHT OATS RECIPE
1/2 mug rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 mug Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Combine oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds cinnamon in a sealable container (or bowl) stir until well incorporated.

Gently layer in banana and peanut butter. Location in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 3 hrs.

  7. So you eat it cold? For years I’ve seen overnight oats videos and never watched til now. I can’t imagine cold oatmeal although admittedly that’s just because I’ve only ever had it hot.

  8. Strawberry banana is my favourite. I find that 1 tbsp of chia seeds to be too much for me. It makes it too thick. I find 1 tsp to be perfect!

    Also, I slightly changed ingredient amounts to my liking (4 servings): 150gr oats/450gr milk/200gr yogurt/28gr chia seeds/40gr maple syrup. My favourite topping is organic banana with organic cinnamon. It's insanely delicious!
