This place is horrible to deal with. I was referred by my previous physician and 8t is virtually impossible getting Rebecca the so called "coordinator " to call you back to schedule an appointment. Speaking with the useless Office Manager is a complete waste of time as she did nothing but make excuses and state " I haven't had any complaints ". Of course you haven't-you don't call anyone back. I have never seen such a poorly run medical practice and if this is an example of the customer service they provide I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them and I will definitely be informing Dr. Simpson not to be referring people here!
