  1. I love your fun attitude and joy and being truthful u have helped me a lot the last two months being 51 and empty nester I lost forty lbs as I’ve bragged yo everyone then holidays. Came around I did great then Jan feb anniversary of the my mom passing away then this time last year my dad heart attack right in front of me and my daughter while he was playing cards anyways again I’m telling my stuffbut I’m trying to say you have encouraged me a lot cause being so smug I ended up putting 8 lbs back on serves my fat butt right now I’m trying to do many things u suggested and congratulations on being a teacher and thx your freind in Oregon 🌷

  13. Is losing 11 lbs in four weeks seem normal on keto? My starting weight was 238 and daily macro goals are Cal 1575, Carbs 20 net, and Fat 123. I honestly thought I’d lose more the first month since my starting weight was higher. My motivation is still high I just feel a little discouraged. #discouragedinWV

  14. ► The problem for me with most of these sites is the recipes are NOT broken down to reflect protein, carbs, fat, sugar, etc. It does matter for certain diets. Low carb keto is not reflected in many of these recipes. I am sure they are all delicious, however adjustments can be made if we know the breakdown. Not sure how many others are as busy as I am, but at 8pm the last thing I want to do is spend time figuring out recipes.
