  10. Lots of comments re the doc being overweight. She could have an underlying health condition ex a slow thyroid. She could also be on medicines that make her overweight.. Also, as a doc and perhaps with a family she could have a demanding schedule allowing little time for herself. The finances of many financial advisors are in shambles because they are taking care of the finances of others. Same for lawyers. Best not to judge based on how she looks but on her patients' results. Some parents look terrible because they put their family first. Doesn't mean they don't know how to parent or that their children are not well adjusted and/or are not excelling.
