  1. Puts some clothes on, wearing lose sweats keeps the muscles warm and makes you not look like someone desperate to be immodest.

  2. I want to start working out I have a pass for my university gym but I get anxious working out around people and my friends don't want to go with me but I gained 10 pounds since September so I want to lose weight again and I hope this is the way to do it.

  3. HIIT is really the way to go when trying to hit all your muscles at once and do it in an efficient amount of time. I'm a busy guy, I usually go for 10 mins of HIIT and then HIT the gym to do some isolation training. Great video!!

  4. The socks are a bit distracting, so I say no socks, but if they provide the necessary pressure you need, then keep them.
