  2. I was doing so well before my mother got bedridden then died from her booster, and now I just have no will power –I just want to eat

  3. Weird repeating " I love him to death" about his father. That's the root of his food problem which is really mental issues enabled with bad nutrition.

  7. When i was 264lbs… i was sweating so bad at work… i looked and felt awful. I could BARELY fit in the booth at a diner and friend and I would go to.. it was so embarrassing

  8. Just discovered these podcasts and love them. Cbuck you are an inspiration. And all my thanks to PCRM who have changed my life already at the age of 52 with multiple chronic pain issues.
