Well, it’s in fact triggered by a combination of biological, hereditary, and hormonal elements. So, abdominal fat, specifically visceral fat, is much more immune to breakdown since it contains much more beta fat cells, which are much less responsive to fat-burning signals than alpha cells discovered in various other body areas. Genetics play a significant duty in identifying where your body shops fat, and for numerous, the abdominal area is a favored site. Hormones, such as cortisol and, in women, reduced estrogen degrees, additionally advertise fat storage space around the stubborn belly. Chronic anxiety can enhance desires for high-calorie foods, better adding to belly fat. Additionally, fat loss happens erratically, so belly fat is often the last to reduce, also with total weight loss. #fat #belly #stomach #loseweight #weightloss

  1. Little correction here. When you initially lose weight, you lose excess water and the next to go is visceral fat. The belly fat that is harder to lose is subcutaneous fat. Some people store more subcutaneous fat (the last fat to go) than others in their belly; however, visceral fat is almost always the first to go when losing weight.

  2. That's why when I lost 9kg, my face, arms, and legs became thinner but my belly fat is still here 😂

  3. There's also the evolution side of it.

Typically the body stores fat reserves in the event of leaner times, which helped out our ancestors when food was hard to come by.

However, in a modern world where food is far more abundant, this adaptation is more of a hinderance than a asset.

  4. I've been working out for so long and i lost a recognisable amount of weight but my belly still there 😂😂😂😂

  5. Best way to burn belly fat that’s stubborn is to fast. Train hard yea but fasting is the way to clear that last bit of V fat from the belly. Or being in such a ketosis that your body is using it for fuel and nothing else.

  6. the funny thing is, our belly is the first thing to get fat, but losing weight our belly fat is the last thing to lose

  14. IBS, gluten intolerance, food allergies, constipation, fibre kills my guts, pain in my bowels, pain in my colon, pain in my tummy and severe wind pain in my shoulder. A million tests done and no answers ever. I am an anomaly. My body doesn’t work properly, every organ is lopsided or retroverted and no one knows why illnesses happen to me – they just happen.
