It’s not gonna really get better and I’m not having another surgery so I was glad to find this and it’s actually the only class I’ve ever made it all the way through and it touched on every need that I have thank you.

    I have always kept fit gym,swim, walking until l got this!! I cannot believe how debilitating it is. L am determined to do this every day.
