  2. Sounds delicious. Not to be a buzzkill, but you have less than 10 grams of protein in the shake, so it is not a meal replacement. Lots of fructose, which is not used by the body and makes your liver work overtime – although the accompanying glucose is used. Dr. Jason Fung has an extensive blog on this, and 3 books, among other experts. On the other hand, experts come and go. If it makes you feel good, then maybe it is exactly right for you. Love your channel.

  3. Green tea is low in caffeine, not high, it has half as much caffeine as black tea, also coconut oil has been called "poison" by a Harvard professor so avoid that too, use coconut MILK, or full fat Greek yogurt for extra protein
