  8. Part of this is actually false, since our body craves goodies and snacks more late at night, I recommend sleeping a bit more early. Also if you wanna lose weight you should eat stuff with less calories such as going through a water fast. It will help your skin and boost energy. Protein is good for you like I'm not saying you shouldn't but that builds up muscle which brings you muscle mass!
