3 days and I just feel a bit of nausea sometimes, nothing intolerable . . I have much fewer carb cravings, no crashes, no hunger pangs, no being bloated and still hungry, no bloating all together. I have mild insulin resistance. So, yes. Its not for everyone. But for those who need it, its been really nice not having to constantly fight the – want to eat that but should not eat that- battle in my head. I eat regular meals, just smaller portions and more frequent.
