day 1: it wasnt really that bad there was one part where i felt the burn but the rest was pretty ok
day 2: it wasnt as bad and only burned for like a few seconds
day 3: wasnt bad at all not seeing results but i didnt expect any this soon!!

Been workout for 3 day at home now and it’s not that bad actually feels good… was always kinda insecure to go to a gym but doing at home was the way for me so far, hopefully I get the courage to go to an actual gym soon. But for now I’m adding this to my routine. Drink lot of Water guys! Keep ya update.

I’m starting a diet and I’m going to be doing this exercise twice every day so I will keep you guys active!
day1: I felt quite a lot of pain, I will not lie but I drank lots of water and also did this in the morning and evening and I can really feel the burn on my belly, and I was shaking during the workout.
day 2: I did both morning and evening and drank lots of water and it does still really hurt and I feel the burn on my stomach but it wasn’t as bad as yesterday.
I’m going to update daily because hopefully I woke forget that way
