  4. Fun fact: did you know a simple thing to do to lose body fat is to breathe in and breathe out your body fat is made from gasses and water fat and loses body fat.

  7. The fact I'm already doing these two things, drinking lots of water and sleeping more!

    Shouldn't be hard to walk since the good places are just nearby, eating shouldn't be hard, and for the 4th one, I just gotta find out what Resistance training should I do!
