  1. I don't like the taste. Even if I put 1 drop of acv in a glass of water, it feels nauseous. What can I do to eliminate the taste?

  2. Me personally, I love drinking apple cider vinegar. I love the taste as well. I get a big water bottle, put some ice in there, some Lacroix, a cup of apple cider vinegar, and watermelon juice. It tastes so good and is also good for you!!

  3. ACV is making me puke every time i try different masking ingredients.

    I handle it better undiluted in one shot but i know that's not good.
    I really need help. My stomach really needs me to not puke up my ACV

  4. I feel so healthy when I take this stuff but I recently saw a post saying it’s not as good for you as first thought. It said it preserves toxins in your liver. I thought it was helping break down toxins in the liver. I think I’ll continue taking it before meals occasionally because it helps me stay regular

  5. Biggest part of this diet is USE A STRAW!
    I did this and I did two tbsp of the ACV and make sure it’s BRAGGS and says β€œwith the mother” on it. I used 16 oz of water with lemon juice as well or you can use green tea. While doing this twice a day I would also walk 2-3 miles every day and within 2 weeks I lost 5lbs and I wore a workout waits trainer that assisted. It definitely works but the drink alone isn’t going to work; it just gives that major boost in fat burning.
