  1. I realize you're trying to make a quick viedeo, but it's helpful if you go a little slower until your audience have time to mimic all the moves. Why do people just assume everyone is following? Also sometimes quick moves arent' as effective as staying in poses longer, (ie" lunging or squats or any holding poses) Thank you
