  4. मैं भी weight loss कर रहा हूं बिना किसी exercise के…(उम्र 35 weight 87)… 45 दिन का टारगेट बना रखा है सिर्फ लौकी/खीरा खा रहा हूं… दिन में 2 टाइम लौकी खा रहा हूं ( एक बार में 200 ग्राम यानी एक दिन में करीब 400 ग्राम)… 1 बार खीरा (एक दिन में करीब 200 ग्राम) और ब्लैक काफी (एक दिन में करीब 4 कप) और गर्म नींबू पानी (एक दिन में 1 से 2 ग्लास)..
    कमेंट लिखने तक 5 दिन हो चुके है इस डाइट को फॉलो करते हुए (फिलहाल काफी कमजोरी फील कर रहा हूं) वैसे ब्लैक कॉफी पीने से कमजोरी थोड़ी कम हो जा रही है….

    12 घंटे जॉब करता हूं इसलिए मेरी बॉडी को हर दिन करीब 2500 कैलोरीज़ चाहिए लेकिन इस टाइम दिन में करीब 150 कैलोरीज़ ही ले रहा हूं…
