  1. I reduced carbs to very low. I cut out sugar, potatoes, rice and pasta and processed foods, plus 16 hour fasting. I steadily lost 2lb per week, until I'd lost 3 stone. I seem to have plateaued, so I'm going to try some of these suggestions to see what happens.

  2. All I want to know is why coffee aids alertness and mental clarity while constricting blood flow..

  3. What can I drink while fasting for 24 or 36 hours? Water? Coffee? Green tea? And apple cider vinegar water? Thanks in advance!

  4. The last guy on this video that spoke at 1:07, was MOST difficult to listen to!!
    He DEFINITELY needs to take some public speaking classes!!
    If he said, "Okay?', or "Right?" or said, "Hmmmm?" or "K?", or "You know?" ONE more time, I was going to POKE out my eardrums . . .
    So, to save my eardrums, I turned the sound OFF, so that Steve could get credit, from YouTube, that I watched the entire video.

    Guess I will have to find out on my own, how to be happy . . .
    But for now, my eardrums ARE happy!!
