– 20ml Light & Dark Soy Sauce (Low Salt).
– 1 tsp Paprika.
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder.
– 1 Lemon Juiced.
– 2 tsp Olive Oil for food preparation.
– 10-15g Honey.

For the Rice.

– 480g Cooked Basmati Rice (120g per serve).
– 1 Red Onion finely cut.
– 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped.
– 15ml Dark Soy Sauce.
– 10g Honey.
– 1/2 Lemon Juice.
– Garnish Environment-friendly Onion.

    And 217g of protein
    480g cooked rice calories is 625 . Then how come its is 415 calories meals .
