Hello there all and welcome to this video clip of me in Sainsburys doing some searching for Slimfast trembles. So in this video clip I point out that getting those packets of currently combined milk and slimfast in containers are awful, additionally I do not such as the preference myself because it tastes too sugary and high in calories. Instead I buy the big tins for ₤ 7 which last me a couple of days and BTW the Delicious chocolate flavoured variation I dislike with an interest but Strawberry I advise 100%. Hey mate, I'm not sure if you like Asian food or not, but recently I've been getting into Ramen. It's so easy to make and delicious and really good for losing weight. You can make it in so many ways, but it's basically just noodles in a broth with veg and meat and typically served with a boiled egg. I like to have a veg broth, with wheat noodles, shredded spinach and kale, spring onions, shredded carrots and chicken with a boiled egg (and a tiny bit of sesame seed oil and soy sauce) but obviously if you wanted to give it ago you could do it with vegan chicken. Just thought you might like to try something a little different but delicious. Search google for Ramen recipes if you're interested
