  2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a Queen and supper like a pauper. So unused glucose isn’t left for the night.
    Lower carbohydrates so cut down on your carb intake. Cereals, baked goods, bread fills glycogen cells and stored as fat.
    Hybridized wheat should be avoided and will increase glucose. Starch structure is worse than even sugar.
    Intermittent fasting. Liquids two hours after meals to keep from diluting bile. Three to four hours to digest a meal. One hour rest for stomach.
    Fat is essential. Avoid seed oils and deep fried foods.
    Carbs aren’t bad – the problem is when they are overdone or refined.
    Don’t eat more calories than we need. High energy food is fat.
    Have a balanced diet when losing weight.
