  1. I’ve gained some weight and am struggling to shed it. I turn 53 this summer and am frustrated. Other than that I feel good. The gut I’ve developed bugs me. 😂

  2. Dr Berg would you recommend Evening Primrose oil? I
I found it to be helpful for regular periods (before menopause)
I recommend your content to everyone!! TY!!!

  3. I got RID of my hot flashes by doing keto and IF and walking, after one year from start of meno. They never came back accept when having too much coffee.

  4. That’s an easy answer.
Cos ever single woman on the planet can’t stop stuffing food in their mouths!!!!
Don’t believe me….go to a supermarket car park and you’ll see women sitting in their cars eating the cake or something they just bought. Then they’ll go home and say “I’ve not eaten anything at all today, I have no idea why I’m fat?” 😂

  5. This comments below are very annoying that are just kind of being self-righteous. This is not a video for you if you have no problems with any of this. This is a video for those of us that do all the right things but still have some issues. There's no reason to come and go out about how you've never had any problems in your perfect and you have perfect genetics and you've never had any problem with menopause? I mean why the heck are you on this video then 😆.b That's like a rich person coming to gloat on a poor person's video saying they've never been poor and they've always done the right thing. Plenty of people always do the right thing and still have issues. It's just like people saying carnivore cures everything there's plenty of people who've done carnivore and keto and it has not cured everything. It is weird to go out on a video that's about helping people. You don't come on a cancer video and say you've never had cancer because you do this this and this I mean it's just odd. Why are you here then why are you on Dr Berg's any videos of his at all if you have no issues

  6. So what is going to happen for someone with Addison disease? How can I deal with menopause?

  7. What if I'm "77" and struggle with Sogren's and CRPS? I'm eating Keto with IF but I have neuropathic pain in my feet and osteoarthritis in my hips but I still walk and do exercises with light weights and walk in water and swim to relax? There are many who have what I have who don't get out of bed or a wheelchair but I continue to do what I can and I have lost at least 7 to 8 lbs in on week+…any suggestions.

  8. I’ve been through the menopause and have lost my belly fat. I cut out all sugar including the ones going under different names hidden in processed foods. Which means cutting out processed foods entirely. I’m now slimmer than I was post menopause

  9. I am shocked that people consider normal eating to be some way to lose or maintain weight. It shocks me that people need to be made aware of what food is. after all, this is an obvious matter. I'm just before menopause and I listen to a lot of videos about weight gain because I'm afraid that I'll gain weight too, but it turns out that I eat exactly as doctors and specialists advise. So I hope the same thing as others won't happen to me. but you have to bear in mind that even on a healthy diet and using IF, you can also gain weight and you have to count calories, maybe not very precisely, but you still have to know how much you eat, unfortunately, you can't overcome it, no matter how some specialists swear that you don't count calories it's necessary to.

  10. The beauty of our bodies ❤❤❤❤❤ Ayurved system also emphasises similar aspect of stepping into older age..

  11. Thank you for sharing but I have heard that HRT is the best option however you mentioned not to do hormone therapy because?

  12. That is my probleem right now becuse I done every thing to het red of that belly dat but it didnt work at all

  13. It's true … who can lose belly fat after menopause is the exception, not the rule. 1 in 10 long-term friends of mine that's in menopause isn't going well with the symptoms. Thank you, Dr. !!!!

  14. In another video, you dr berg recommended more working out, so is the recommendation of working out just once a week only temporary until your nervous system is regulated again? I've never heard of 3 days a week being too much working out (even from other dr berg videos)

  15. Thank you, Dr. Berg for that information. I thought I was having mental issues. Just what you stated is exactly what I have experience. I had fibroid removal done only for it to return larger & more aggressive. That resulted in a prolong problem where I became severely anemic. Hence, I had a hysterectomy done. The hysterectomy surgery was about ten years ago I’m now 55. I still experience all the symptoms you talk about along with “night sweats” which I did not understand. I thought since I had a hysterectomy I would not experience menopause. My question is did my adrenal glands kick? I never had hormone replacement. I suffer everyday with that low tolerance of dealing with stress to this day. So, basically having had a hysterectomy do I follow the same pattern you gave as someone who naturally went through menopause? Or, do I have something extra to do because menopause came about early for me since I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago?

  16. Hi
I am 46 and for past one year my weight has been climbing up. From 2024 onwards i have made nutrition changes included anti inflammatory foods, cur out refined carbs, no sugar at all, strength training with heavy weights and try to incorporate 20-30 min steady cardio. During the month of Ramadan, I fasted ( dry fasted – 16hours).
I was pretty much in control. More protein and all, despite all these changes the results were poor. Now i dont know is it because of the long hours of sedentary work. Has anyone been in this track😢
