Lose 15 pounds In 1 Week! Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe | Wonder Soup

What I did to lose 15lbs in 1 week.

Breakfast – Fruit (Frozen Grapes, Watermelon, Strawberries, Pineapples).
Lunch – Cabbage Soup/ Fruit.
Supper – Cabbage Soup/ Fruit.
Snacks – Any type of fruit however bananas (Frozen red grapes & watermelon are my favorites).
Water- 1 gallon a day. (I blend a little Apple cider vinegar Into It too).

I additionally like to do a thirty minutes Hiit exercise In the early morning.

CURRENTLY HERE’S THE REAL TEA.
I actually snuck and ate street tacos (no more than 2) & still loss weight!

RECIPE.

1/2 Green Cabbage or 1 medium cabbage sliced.
1 Mug Carrots sliced.
1 Mug Celery sliced.
1 Cup Yellow Oinon chopped.
1 Large Eco-friendly Bell Pepper or 2 medium environment-friendly peppers chopped.
2 TBSP minced garlic.
48 oz hen broth.
14 oz can diced tomatoes (I used basil, oregano taste).
1Β 1/2 Tsp salt.
3 drinks ground black pepper.
1 Tsp chilli powder.
1 Tsp ground oregano.
1 Tsp basil leaves.
1/2 Tsp smashed red pepper flakes.
1/2 Tsp smoked Paprika.
1/4 Tsp turmeric power.

  2. I made this recipe with just a couple small tweaks. When it was completely finished, I added about a couple tablespoons of Tabasco sauce and then used an immersion blender to liquify it into a nice creamy soup. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
    I will have no trouble eating this soup for a couple weeks straight, twice a day. Its my new favorite !

  5. So tomorrow is day 3 the soup is delicious i eat 3 times a day for first 2 days i have to make more tomorrow, but i hot vegetable stock instead of chicken hope it will be as good. For 2 day i have felt satisfied with the soup 3 times in a day and i don't even feel hungry so far so good. I have black coffee in morn. No creamer and water the rest of the day ,but i am very tired.   6. I just made this recipe and I LOVE it! I completely forgot the celery when I went to the store and decided to use some red and yellow peppers instead. I also added a small amount of smoked turkey sausage for a little protein. This is the best cabbage recipe I’ve tried and will be the last. This is the recipe I’ll stick with.

    I just bought my ingredients today, and my soup is half way done – With some of the ingredients I am so hoping that it doesn't give me heartburn … It smells good already, and I can't wait to try it. Thank you for helping people with this tough problem πŸ™‚

  8. I’m gonna try this and I love cabbage I have already lost 80 to 85lbs on my own. also, this diet seems like something I can actually do but sometimes I’m literally not hungry and I don’t wanna eat and there’s a lot of things I don’t eat like eggs. I like to go on hikes and 3 mile walks
