Yes your body needs glucose but that doesnt mean you have to shove it down your throat. Your liver can make its own glucose from glycerol (gluconeogenesis). Basically he is outright lying to our faces. You can loterally go 0 carb and your life will just be fine if not much better! If you want to high carb diet you can but dont get deluded into thinking its healthy or necessary!

Iβve been on carnivore for 2 months. I feel great. Have more energy. I workout daily and my workouts are going great. Running 4 miles in 31 minutes and 23 seconds every other day. And a full body workout on the days Iβm not running. Which includes a variety of exercises including pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weighted sit ups, bicep curls, tricep extensions, and other exercises. Starting to notice abs and adding more muscle. If you want to tell me Iβm less healthy than one of those soy boy vegans I would have to disagree.
