Thanks Autumn for the recommendations. I got the FitBit and Arboleaf scale. I am hoping these devices will motivate me to move my body more. My protein goal is 129 grams of protein a day. I do intermittent fasting. I am just not sure how to go about getting so much protein in a day with two meals, even with high protein meals I ate yesterday, one at 36 grams of protein and one at 32 grams of protein. I am still 61 grams from my protein goal, frustrating.

Thank you for this excellent video! I love the range of apps you recommend. I am always coming up low on protein and will look into the chronometer app to check. My plant proteins are complete. One thing that I have noticed is that most all of the apps are terrible with security. For those on iOS they can look below the app and see how the data is used. The worst offender is my fitness pile (nice accidental auto fill)! I only found two apps on the entire store that had good security, and for various reason I chose FoodNom that has encrypted data. I just wanted to point this out because almost all of the apps are using your health data and selling it in connection with your name. Just something to think about. Keep up the great work!
